Shipping and Delivery Policy
Processing Time
Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process and ship. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing and shipping times may extend during collection launches, holidays, or peak seasons. Once checkout is completed, changes to the shipping address or selected shipping method are not allowed.
Shipping Address Amendments
After checkout, shipping addresses and methods cannot be altered.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their shipment after it leaves our warehouse.
U.S. Shipping Options and Costs
Essentials provides free standard ground shipping for all full-price orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days after leaving our distribution center.
For other purchases, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the package’s estimated weight.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, your order will automatically be upgraded to air delivery at checkout. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, and we cannot combine separate orders into a single shipment.
International Shipping Options and Costs
International shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the estimated weight of your package during checkout.
Customs Fees, Import Taxes, and Duties for International Orders
For international orders (outside the USA), the total amount paid includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. There are no additional charges upon delivery.
All international orders ship via express courier (air) for free at checkout. The shipping method cannot be changed. Processing time for international orders is 4-5 business days.
Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender/Abandoned Packages
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, it will be returned to Essentials at the customer’s expense.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your package will be held at a local FedEx center for pick-up. Failure to pick up the package will result in its return to Essentials at the customer’s expense.
For international customers who refuse receipt of the package, it will be returned to Essentials at your expense, including shipping costs and any incurred duties and taxes. These amounts will be deducted from the refund.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
